Taking a Break

I’ve decided to take 6 months off work from 12th March in order to really rest and manage my energy levels so they are consistent, rather than experiencing the peaks and troughs of late. I haven’t had a relapse just a recognition that I need to take more time off for my body to rest and heal itself.

I’m looking forward to seeing the sunshine and getting out in nature which is always a good mood boost for me.

I will give myself 6 months off to really rest and will be in touch with my clients when I feel I am able to return to work.
